Hike & Restore for Autism Parents
Parents! Join us for a relaxing hike to the falls followed by a restorative, trail-side yoga session. This is a chance to take time for yourself and connect with other parents.
We will provide snacks & lunch. Prize giveaways for those who attend. Let us know if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
Park at the trailhead and look for our group leaders in shirts with our Autism Outdoors Utah logo. Let us know if you’d like to carpool.
You must register by June 10 to participate so we have enough snacks and lunches.

Provo River Rafting- Lottery is closed
Guided rafting tour down the Provo River for the whole family.
A huge thank you to our event sponsors, Rogue Behavior Services and Apex Behavioral Consulting, for helping make this experience possible for our community.
Because this is a high-demand event with limited spots available, registration will take place through a lottery system.
How Registration Works:
• We will email families who were drawn for the lottery.
• Families not selected will automatically be placed on the waiting list.

Albion Basin Wildflowers Hike for Parents
Join us for a morning surrounded by Utah’s stunning wildflowers! This is typically considered a moderate hike with several hundred feet of elevation gain. If you’re unsure whether this hike is suitable for you, please read a detailed description online (e.g., AllTrails.com) before attending. This hike is for parents only- please leave children at home.
Free catered lunch provided by Autism Outdoors Utah for all attendees
You must register to participate by July 7 so we can have enough food for everyone.

Kids and Coffee
This is a relaxed, fun, outdoor-based meetup for autistic kids and their families. Kids get to play, adults get to socialize.
This event is open to kids of all ages and their family members.
Please note Creekside Park has a gentle creek in which kids can play. We recommend you bring towels, water shoes, and a change of clothes if your child is going to play in the creek.

Moab Parent Retreat- Lottery is closed
A weekend for parents and caregivers of autistic individuals to step outside daily routines and connect in nature. Join us in Moab for guided rafting, hiking excursions, restorative meditation and yoga, friendly conversations, practical resources, and unhurried time to breathe under open skies.
Because we have limited spots and a lot of interest for this event, we plan to do a lottery registration. This decreases the stress involved in signing up and makes the process more equitable to everyone. If you are selected, you will receive an email from us. Thanks!
