Moab Parent Retreat- Lottery is closed
A weekend for parents and caregivers of autistic individuals to step outside daily routines and connect in nature. Join us in Moab for guided rafting, hiking excursions, restorative meditation and yoga, friendly conversations, practical resources, and unhurried time to breathe under open skies.
Because we have limited spots and a lot of interest for this event, we plan to do a lottery registration. This decreases the stress involved in signing up and makes the process more equitable to everyone. If you are selected, you will receive an email from us. Thanks!
July 31 – Aug 2 · Sunflower Hill Inn, Moab Utah

We’ll connect with nature, share simple tools for enjoying outdoor activities with autistic children, and build community with other families who understand. 🌲

Autism Dads Hiking Group
Join Damon for our first-ever Autism Dads Outdoors Hiking Group.
We are unofficially calling it Dads and Donuts because, well, we are hiking Donut Falls and we will have donuts at the trailhead.
This event is part of our pilot program to gauge interest in dad-specific autism parent groups and activities. If we have sufficient interest, we hope to turn this into a regular thing.

Willow Lake Parents Hike
Join Tarah and other Autism Outdoors Utah parents for a hike to Willow Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Late September means the aspens should be putting on a show, and the trail is a gentle climb through the trees to a peaceful little lake. We’ll keep a relaxed pace with plenty of time to chat (or not; comfortable silence counts as connection too). Registration is free, but spots help us plan. Grab yours below; we’d love to see you on the trail. 🥾
You must register to participate.
