The Dimple Dell Discovery Trek is a family-friendly outdoor adventure designed especially for autistic kids, teens, and their families—but all are welcome. This low-pressure, come-as-you-are event is all about enjoying nature in a way that feels safe, flexible, and fun.

Salt Lake Power Yoga Fundraising Extravaganza!
Salt Lake Power Yoga has generously offered to donate a portion of the proceeds from 3 classes on April 25! Join us for a Saturday morning class to contribute to a good cause while practicing a dynamic, HOT vinyasa style of yoga that is Tarah’s personal favorite style.

Kids & Coffee
Kids & Coffee is a relaxed, low-key monthly meet-up for families to connect, unwind, and enjoy time outdoors together. We meet at local parks and outdoor spaces where kids can play freely while grown-ups have a chance to visit, build community, and recharge.
We meet on the first Saturday of each month—nothing fancy, just a welcoming outdoor space for everyone.
Come as you are, bring your favorite hot beverage, and join us for simple, meaningful connection.

Spring Picnic in the Park & Silent Auction Fundraiser
Join us for a relaxed, sensory-friendly afternoon of outdoor play, connection, and community. Local therapists will host hands-on play tables; Huckleberry Hiking will demo their adaptive Cascade Cart; and a silent auction will help fund future adventures. Snacks provided; bring your own if your kiddo has preferences.

Explore the animals, enjoy hands-on activities, and make memories with your little ones—all for FREE! Hike & Restore for Autism Parents
Parents! Join us for a relaxing hike to the falls followed by a restorative, trail-side yoga session. This is a chance to take time for yourself and connect with other parents.
We will provide snacks & lunch. Prize giveaways for those who attend. Let us know if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
Park at the trailhead and look for our group leaders in shirts with our Autism Outdoors Utah logo. Let us know if you’d like to carpool.

Albion Basin Wildflowers Hike for Parents
Join us for a morning surrounded by Utah’s stunning wildflowers! This is typically considered a moderate hike with several hundred feet of elevation gain. If you’re unsure whether this hike is suitable for you, please read a detailed description online (e.g., AllTrails.com) before attending. This hike is for parents only- please leave children at home.

Moab Parent Retreat
A weekend for parents and caregivers of autistic individuals to step outside daily routines and connect in nature. Join us in Moab for guided rafting, hiking excursions, restorative meditation and yoga, friendly conversations, practical resources, and unhurried time to breathe under open skies.
We ask participants to cover $150 of the trip cost. This helps our nonprofit manage costs while also providing this experience at a deep discount for all those who attend.

Family Hike: Rocky Mountain Falls Hike
Join us for a morning surrounded by Utah’s stunning scenery! Tucked into a Sandy neighborhood this is a great hike for the kids with a fun waterfall at the end!
